Does anyone know where i can buy large frozen smelt i have looked hi and low at every bait shop and dealer and have come up with nothing.any help would be greatly appreiciated.hopefuuly the ice comes soon here in wisconsin?????????????????? big i wi

Just go to your local higher end grocer (if you have one near by) or try your regular grocer. Go to the meat/fish dept. and ask them to order you some. I think I paid about $30.00 for a box of 5 doz. large 6-10" smelt last time and I know they came from Morries Fish Wholesale. You could also just try and contact them direct, although my local grocer didn't even mark them up once he knew what I was going to use them for. Give it whirl!
