Hey guys,

Isn't this the best December? On Sat. it was 47 in the cities. Does anyone know if Minnetonka or any other metro waters are still open? Please post if you're still fishing or happen to live close enough to know.

Thanks,

Bryan

Bald Eagle and WB are both still wide open. Saw one muskie hunter out on BE last friday when I drove by on my way to work. Haven't been out lately myself though

Thanks guys for the updates. Boy, W.B. and B.E. went fast. What about Minnetonka? It has given up some nice fish in the last 2 weeks. Just not for me. I was hoping to freeze my !@# off once more. Please let me know.

Thanks,

Bryan

Hey Thick & Wolfy,

No, I will not accept ICE. Make it disappear. How in the ##### did you fish if there was 1/2" of hard water? And all that work for no fish? Sounds like my expeditions. Hey guys, lets start researching where the closest open water is. I will travel. Not ready to quit yet.

Shady- give me a call- I know you're creative enough to find open water. Maybe you could start a thread on Spirt Lake or even more south?

Take Care,

Bryan

Thicky & Hooker,

I think the lakes are toast with the nightime temps, but lets try the Mighty M. I'll drive by it and check it out. Where is pool 2? Let me know and I'll check it out. My boat is ready to go!. Its gonna be extra cold though. Seriously, give me a call
