Any of you guys had positive or negative experiences with Terminator muskie products? I have used their bass stuff and find it to be good. I know they make bucktails, muskie spinnerbaits and leader material. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated. I don't want to spend my money on marginal stuff.

Stay with the bass stuff. Their bucktails have hardly any hair and they just dont' look that great. Their spinner baits, I had the big blade break off and lose it, and i 'm not the only one, but the spinners aren't very big.

I messed around with the single strand 70 lb. leader material this past season. Think I'll stick to plain old steel wire leaders. While I like the kink resist material, I threw off three "magic" baits when the stuff broke during a cast. Could have been a problem with how I crimped, though.
The multi-strand leader material is said to hold up better, though is much thicker.

That single strand titanium wire does not take a crimp well. Try the knotting procedure that Terminator recommend. It does leave an unusually open looking knot, but it will not slip (I tested my traces to breaking point). I used a simple 3 twist knot, then up through the first loop next to swivel. Pull the tag end only up with pliers.
One point though, if you do it their way, there will a nastly spike tagend sticking out. Leave a longer tag, bend this back through the lowest knot loop, so as it lays flat against the trace, then finish the knot off with a short section of shrink tube.
Treminators 100lb jerkbait traces are crimped, but they use an unusual hexangonal crimp that they call 'military spec' - whatever that means! Seems to work though.
