At what point do you.....

...do some trolling?
...change lures?
...change tactics?
...change location?
...do something off the wall?
...go to a different lake?
At what point do you know when you need to make a leap of faith and try to bridge the gap between fish? Just wanted to see what some responses would be to this question...

Lets see:

When I'm either tired of casting, my back hurts, or my wife is along and wants to troll.

>>...change lures?
About every five to fifteen minutes if I'm not seeing anything.

>>...change tactics?
After an hour or two of not seeing anything.

>>...change location?
As soon as we're done covering a spot and haven't seen enough fish to stay - and the motor will start of course.

>>...do something off the wall?
Whenever I see a lot of fish and they won't hit anything "normal". Then its duct-tape time!!!!

>>...go to a different lake?
Next time out if nothing was doing.

I'm not that good of a swimmer that I'd try catching them by hand.:)
