Osprey - Quickdraw rod racks

Anyone had any experience with this company?

I ordered a quickdraw and rod buckle in early November and was charged same day for the order. I have not received any product and have called 6 times with no call back and have spoken to the answering service at length with no satisfaction.

My next call will be to Visa to reverse the charges on my card. However, I don't want to hurt the guy if he is a decent person to do business with and just screwed up.

what is the name of the company where you ordered it,I'm looking at the rod wrangler in the products list and don't want the same problems.

Does Rod Wrangler make a rod holder for various boats?

the rod wrangler stands upright and fits in the seat holes,they show a picture in the product list under rod wrangler.
