Which Muskies INC chapter?

I will be moving to the area between Leech Lake and Bemidji. Which is the best MI chapter, Leech or Bemidji/Cass Lake?

I think it depends on what you are looking for, we have started rebuilding the Leech chapter and we are currently a small core group of guys who fish hard and want to protect the fishery, we are very active with the DNR and habitat protection issues, if you plan on mostly fishing Leech we would love to have you. If you are looking for a bigger group and want to fish the Bemidji area more that might be your best choice.

Otter,I'm in charge of the membership for the Bemidji/Casslake chapter.We are haveing a meeting on janury 29,2002 at 8:00 at the northern inn,In Bemidji.We have a guest speaker from MN dnr fisheries research biologist.Anyone is welcome to come if you have any ? Actually, there is no reason why you cannot be involved with both chapters. You might do that for a while, then decide which is a better fit for you.

Otter,Tom is right you can be involved in both chapters.If your in town in march the last tusday the 26 we will be meeting at the northern inn in bemidji at 8:00 pm .We will have another guest speaker,I belive the speaker will be a guide from Mille Lacs.If you need any more info feel free to call .(218)759-0098 Edward
