For you calcutta owners, I had an incident in which the handle on a one year old calcutta was spinning backward on casts. Only happend two times. I called Shimano and spoke to the service dept and they offered to send a new AR bearing and also a replacement set of the dartanium drag washers free. No questions asked. These parts would cost about 40 to 60 dollars if purchased from a parts place. I have had similar sucess with Diawa on parts. Just thought you might like to know.
