Chuck, Here's a partial list of proposed rules for the 2002 GWL Muskie Invatational: A muskie caught useing a technique Andy or anyone else claims to have invented DOESN'T COUNT! (howz that for bait). Muskies caught on a spot someone else claims to have discovered don't count either. Muskies caught from someone else's boat also don't count. Muskies aledgedly caught from row boats are highly suspect. Pickeral don't count. Muskies caught by your French Canadian guide really don't count. i.e. : "Look at this muskie WE caught!!" "WE?" Whadda ya mean, "WE?" Ya got a mouse in you pocket?" Ya Pregnant? If not,just say the other guy caught it.

I'm gonna find out if the muskies can bite thru fire line as easily as they've been chompin thru my mono and stealing my walleye jigs.

mike, My new 18 ft.jet boat is being customized as we speak. i'm having a tunnel cut and welded into the transom. also a forward mounted center console. the entire hull, stem to stern, is being reinforced with this 1/2 in. poly carbonate super strong and slippery plastic plate. 115 HP johnson. Also custom hatches, power anchor winch, carpet, etc. etc. what the #####, life's short. expected delivery in 4-6 weeks. My wife didn't bat an eye and even offered to kick in a few bucks.(what a gal) BTW, I've been crushing the walleyes. I had my best guide trip ever on sunday.my client and i boated over 20 walleyes in less than 3 hrs, biggest being about 6 lbs. Life is good.

Hey fishgraf I've been busy. Deer season is over. Now I'm full swing into home improvement season although that's a short one, winding up in the beginning of April when the NRA silhouette matches start at central jersey rifle range. To be followed shortly after by the Saturday morning Turkey season which by the way coincides with prime time Muskie Hunting.

I think the archery club has a 3d league starting up in April on Sundays, I'll have to do that too.


Gee, sometimes I think it would be nice to still be married...

I'm in for the boat show if we go in the late afternoon. I have to get moving on that new window Sat morning.
