another question

I just found that I can not print out anything from outlook express. Any ideas why? It was working fine last week. (This is NOT the same 'puter that I asked about usb cables for.) btw, thanks for the input on that subject! Rick

Does it give you a specific error message? Can you describe the problem a little better?

Can you print from other applications? Try it. Also you can go to the START button and click on the Printers and then Settings. Does it show your printer in the window? Does it have a checkmark default next to it? You can also try right clicking on the printer to check it's properties and try printing out a test page. If there is no printer in the window, try adding the printer. If there is, it's set as the default and still doesn't print then check the cable connection.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I can print from other programs, just not oe. There is no error message at all, it just doesn't do anything, like I never hit print. It doesn't work if I go to file and select print, and it doesn't work if I click the print icon on the email. It just up and quit, but only in o'e'. Thanks again, Rick

Theres always the 'ol reinstall option. Maybe a file got corrupted or something.
