Does anyone have this feature on their Minn Kota? I am on the verge of ordering an Autopilot and was wondering if it is worth the extra cabbage and if it performs as well as the original transducer. I have an extra Eagle locator that I would like to mount on the bow.

Does anyone have any experience with this, that they can comment on the quality compared to an external transducer?

I just purchased a Maxxum 65 with Universal Sonar for my boat and I LOVE it. No messy wires, no weeds getting caught on the transducer and with the internal transducer mount, the transducer is protected. The only downfall is that they aren't equipped with a temperature gauge. I spoke to the MinnKota representative at the Blaine Musky Expo and he said they are working on the temperature gauge option. Overall, I am very satisfied with it and would recommend the purchase.
