Sorry everyone, I didn't mean any harm.. I had a few of my friends give their two cents because I felt like nobody was understanding or paying attention to what I was trying to explain. I also felt like I was being ganged up on a little bit because of my opinions based on research (during college last year) and many life experiences and observations. It seemed like it was me against everyone else, I felt out numbered. I don't hate the country and I'm not some crazy nut case like Tim McVeigh. I love this country very much and kinda discusted and frustrated by all the corruption, greed, violence, etc. that goes on these days and the lack of knowledge in seeing what's really going on. I just want people to wake up and stop thinking about just themselves. I feel like people are living in a dence fog and fail to see all the warning signs and problems that are going on everyday. Sure, people think everything is great as long as they have money to spend and a good life, but they are not seeing what is happening around them, or they just don't want to believe it because they don't want to change. People don't want to get involved because they are only thinking about themselves and how great life is for them, I'm not saying everyone is like that either, because their not.

Anyhow, I'm sorry if I offended anyone because I'm not trying to pick a fight with anyone or cause trouble, just felt like I had to have some backup for my opionions because I'm not the only person who thinks like this... Okay I'm off my soapbox... maybe we better just stick with muskie fishing!!!

I caught a 34 incher a few weeks ago and had a little trouble reviving the muskie when I was letting him go... He did swim off pretty good to the shallows, so I think he's okay, but I noticed someone from Kinkaid said you shouldn't fish for muskies in the summer. The water temp that day was around 73-80 degrees, is that too hot to fish for muskie???? I usually stay away in July and August.

Sorry again.

For anyone who didn't catch the thread and wants to know what Jed is talking about, go here- http://www.walleyecentral.com/dcf/DCForumID7/2130.html

Jed,

It takes a certain amount of cajonas to come on here and admit to what you did. Everything is cool with me. As I say a lot when things like this pop up, I need something to keep me on my toes and make me feel important. Your "personalities" did that in spades. :)

I will repeat what I said in and earlier thread to you. I agreed with a lot of what you said. I just didn't agree with the timeline.
Stick around, there's lots to be learned.

Hey thanks Jim, I really appreciate your understanding... I guess I go a little overboard sometimes because I feel so strongly about my views, but I'm almost always willing to admit when I've made a mistake or wronged someone. I also try to understand other's opinions and quick to forgive when someone has wronged me.

Back to muskies!
