They are the 8 inch Mag Grubs from Action Plastics. www.action-plastics.com

The 6 in Mag Grubs work well too.

One of my friends sticks his tails in the opposite way up, and swears the lures fish better that way!

Any magnum 6 inch tail can do the work, but the softer the better. Rollie and Helen's sell the original, but some other people here could also tell you whether Thorne bros. keep them as well. Use superglue or epoxy to stick them in... Tight lines! Pat

Thorne Brothers typically has a good supply of replacements.

They are not the Magombo brand. I forgot what brand they are but they are hard to find, especially the clear/metal flake for the superman. I got mine from Musky Mania Tackle but they were pricey. $1.00/ea.

They can be found many places, and I have seen them as cheap as $.65 and as expensive as $1.19 They are also the same tail used in the squirko and super stalker.
