Try this one-

I wouldn't buy one without WAAS or one that can't take memory add-on cards or modules.

Call Thorne Bros and Reeds and see if they have any demo or returned units they are blowing out. Could also try the Bargain Cave at Cabela's.

I picked up a Garmin 45 last year for $100 at a local pawn shop. The previous owner obviously couldn't figure out how to use it because it was still in the box, and it only had two waypoints stored on it.

It depends on what you want to use your GPS for and how fancy you want to get. For example, if you want one with color display, you're going to be paying quite a bit more than you would for the monochrome version. If you're looking just to store waypoints and navigate back and forth, I'd suggest looking at a Magellan 315 or Garmin 12. Both would be priced well under $200. We have 15 staff members at work who have had Magellan 315's for over a year and I haven't had a problem with any of them.
Here's a good website to check out. They offer a wide range of makes and models as well as accessories.
