Hello, making a large 16" crankbait to represent a Sucker or Carp! In the process of testing one now! Has good flash and wobble! Would you suggest adding rattles?

Seems to me a 16 inch minnow style bait with good wobble will be moving plenty of water such that a rattle is simply unnecessary over kill even in stained or muddy water. Wouldn't you be trolling this most of the time, too?
