Ice Fishing Trip: Devil's Lake? Mille Lacs?

Looking to put an Ice Posse together for late February. We'll be leaving from N. Indiana. We're looking for a reasonable place that has some nice warm ice houses where the fishin' is HOT.

We're looking into this Perch Express program taking the AmTrack all the way to Devil's Lake, SD. They claim to pick you up at the train station and drop you off at the fish! Anybody ever go?

We'd be quite happy to go North instead if someone has an idea or 2.

Devils Lake is in North Dakota. Not South Dakota, Just in case this was not an innocent typing mistake on your part. And you really thought You would be heading to South Dakota to get to Devils Lake.
