Fish Location the week after turnover

My fall trip this year will be occuring about a week and a half after the mid size lakes have turned. Big one are turning now. I know to target any available green weeds off steep breaks, and to also fish the deeper break line more after turnover. But what are some steadfast rules of post turnover fish location. Is there a general movement from weed to rock, etc?

If the lake has large isolated areas of shallow water where the lake doesn`t stratifi that is a good place to fish just befor during and just after turnover. If turnover has been over for a week or more then i would try the main lake spots.
