Has anyone had any experience using the 12 inch bobbie bait? I usually throw an 8 inch bait, but have been thinking of trying the 12 inch version with the hopes of increasing my chances of hooking a larger muskie. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike

I fish a bobby quite a bit. I just saw the 12"er today at Gander Mnt. I also thought of buying one.

Mike,

I caught my first muskie this year on a small 6" ernie Memorial weekend. I lost that one I mentioned about on MH on an 8" depthraider.

Im now a firm believer in Big baits even in Spring. I would not hesitate to use a 12" bait. I am going to do a lot of trolling this summer\fall with a 13" Grandma.

Im starting to believe that for a big Musky to hit your bait you have to make it worth their while.

I had me one in a Clown pattern.
Homer J ate it!
:)
He hates Clowns I guess.
Should have named him Chip.

Guess I will have to go to Thornes for a visit?
