Your right Dave I am getting a little cabin fever!
So far a 9lb wally and 49" muskie is the best I have done.

Good question,
I think it really depends on the waters you fish more than anything, 10lb walleyes on LOTW or Mille lacs, are pretty common.

A 50" muskie eluded me for 30 years, but I now fish a lake that is full of them and I have caught several in the last few years.
Your chances of catching trophy fish go up if you fish systems that support big fish.

I'm with Ace, I think it largely depends on the water you fish. I voted for a 50" musky being more difficult because I've been fishing muskies for 14 years and have yet to get one, although I do have two at 49.5". I have never fished walleyes really hard, but I do fish for them at least some every year. My biggest walleye is 9 lbs 14 oz, which happened to come fishing for muskies.
