I caught two muskies in the same lake down here in Alabama, and I was wondering if they are edible? I threw both of mine back because I wasn't sure what to do with them.

FYI: Muskies are not native to Alabama and were stocked in some lakes in the past. However, the DNR no longer stocks them anywhere in Alabama. Judging by the size of the state record fish, the fish didn't do so well there. Here's the record:

19 lbs 8 oz l2/31/72 Wilson Dam tailwater Steve Leatherwood/Haleyville

Musky fishing.....it's a man thang!!!
