I'm wondering is the anybody else on this board that is from my area. That being the Lake George area of New York near the Vermont border. I know this is not big time EYE country but this is home.
Just curious.

ARB,
You might want to try to fish Great Sagandaga Lake in NY for walleye. Try bottom bouncers with worm harrness down near the end of the lake. JJ

Yep. I spent about half of my on the water time this year on south bay. We hooked up a pile of fish through about July then things started to dry up. Literally, the water level is within 1 foot of the lowest recorded level. On our last trip I had to trim the motor all the way up to get to the trestle. As for Lake George. I'm pretty sure that there is not one single fish in the Lake from Bolton landing south.LOL. We had absolutly no luck on George this year. If your up around this way drop me a line maybe we can drown worms and tell lies (AKA FiSHING):7

I am also from Syracuse and mostly fish Oneida Lake. If you are ever in the area let me know, we'll hook up the boat and go.
