Can anyone tell me where I can locate these things. I have a very limited selection that I got from a local bait shop but they say the people they got them from won't stock them anymore. I have tried Scheels and cabelas along with every bait shop within 100 miles of me and can't find them. I love the baits to death so any info will be greatly apprectiated.
Thanx Fishy

Rapala quit making them. A local bait shop had some this summer and sold what he had immediately. Salesman got them from a store that had burned down. The packages were melted a little, but the Pilki's were OK. He contacted Rapala to see if he got a big enough order if they would make a special run, but no luck.

Boy if you find any and end up with any extra's contact me! I've
been looking for a year for some! Rapala still makes a minnow type
lure that some call a pilki--but it's not what I want--for pan-fishing!~
Thanks!

I use this lure all the time and also love it especially for ice fishing. If were talking about the same lure I know where you can get them in NW IA. This jig looks like a vertical minnow with a short gold chain and gold hook in an assortment of different colors. I get mine at Four Seasons Repair, tel # 712-546-5596. Hope this helps, call them in the evenings.

Tom H--Thanks for the reply--question is--"Is it the original or the
replicas that are being made by someone in NW Iowa?" For some reason the replicas just are not the same as the origs! They are not as heavy and do not flash the same way. Oh Shucks in Okoboji also has
the replicas!

I do believe these are probably replicas also because the ones I get are also sold at OH Shucks. Good Luck.
