Big Stone MWC & kids

Just a note to let everyone know that on Thursday,
May 18th there will be a kid's fishing seminar
from 5-7 p.m. at the Ortonville Elementary School.
My dad (Dick) and I will be speaking from 5-5:30.
After that we will have areas set up with hands on
activities, such as casting, jig tying, knot tying, fish filleting and more. There will be
several MWC fishermen there to offer instruction
and best of all...it's free!! All the kid's will
leave with something and we also have some nice prizes for those who help us with demonstrations
between 5-5:30.
Kid's of any age (including the grown up kind!)are
welcome to attend. Special thanks to Pure Fishing/Berkley/Abu Garcia for all their help. Along with all the fishermen who donated their time at Spring Valley and the Championship.

I think it's great what you and your dad are doing for the kids. I wish I could help you out, but unfortunately Jenn and I can't get there before about 2am Friday (work). Good luck with it. I'm sure the kids are going to enjoy it! See you at Big Stone!!

Hi Keri,
I'll be there!
You and your Dad did a great job at Spring Valley!
Jason might not be able to attend since he may still be en-route.
But, I'll try to take up the slack ;), Ted Takasaki I hear will also be there.
