Mark, This sounds great that you will help an amateur get lined up to fish with yourself or other pros. Other amateurs, follow this lead and make pre-fishing arrangements early and before you get to the site. Lots of pros would like to hook up, if they knew you were interested. Good idea. More PWT stuff and amateur advice is on the PWT web site at in-fisherman.com. All the PWT big fish records have been set on Lake Erie or Detroit River, just a few miles upstream from Erie. See you there, cause I'm fishing it.

did i miss the boat here or what, post started out with sombody looking for help {and/or} getting hooked up to fish, and ended up with sombody else getting the hook up. nothing wrong with perchjerker getting the hook-up, as this is the way things should be, but what happined to the guy with the post? did he get hooked up or hung out! not trying to be rude or anything like that, just think that there should be a better ending to this. hope he got hooked up so he could learn and gain the skills in the ways of the walleye,s and what the walleye trail is about also. thanks. mike/hammertime

I hear ya Mike.

Seems like a lot of posts go that way. A guy asks a question, gets a bunch of responses, but the poster is never heard from again. Maybe he gets busy or cant get back to his computer or doesnt feel compelled to answer back, I dunno.

Last year after the signup was done the PWT had a state by state listing of all the anglers, pro and am. You can look at that and find someone near you and contact them. I hooked up with an am that way and
we split costs and he prefished with me. It worked out real good.
Good luck with your search. PWT and RCL are both great circuits.
