My dad just got a new 29' Tiara and rigged it with new downriggers. We have one electric cannon left. I thinks it's an early 90's model (white). We only used it a couple weeks/year. Included is the pivot base and the dual rod holder (new in 2000 $60 retail.) I'm asking $149.99. If you live outside the twin cities metro area you will be responsible for shipping.
