Jigs, jigs, and more jigs.
Phelps Floaters work well on the river. Especially the new Wobbler Floater. Their stand up jigs also work very good. I believe their website is phelpstackle.com. Good luck to you. I have also had luck on Fuzzygrubs.

slick,
jigs are always good but don't forget some three way rigs for trolling rip rap and break walls.

Gotta agree w/Scott..I love 3 ways..Fish them a ton here on the Mississippi and you can adapt it like we have and use a bigger jig on the bottom and a plain hook or floater up on the 2nd leg of the 3 way..2 hooks give you better chance than one hook..Try a 14-18" dropper w/your bottom jig, add a crawler and a stinger hook, then try a minnow or leach on the floater/plain hook..Double whammy and may catch a double!!!!Yahoooooo!!!
Good Luck
