Could someone please help me find a pic or plans of a homemade "speed Reel" I guess they would be called. They are used to fish smelt, specks and other fish in a fish shanty. They are made of wood, and are big. If I remember right you pull a string and it spins the real fast to the surface. Also very fast letting lure back to bottom. I have seen these several years ago but have no idea how to make them. Thanks so much in advance.
