Anybody had any experience with Cabelas XCR rainsuits? I am looking for a lighter more flexible version of the guidewear.

I'm not familar with their XCR line, price and quality. But I do a have a couple pairs of Helly Hanson I purchased there and have no complaints. I also have a couple pairs of frog toggs. There nice and light but after a long hard rain it will start to seep thru. Hutch

I just looked at the XCR line at Cabelas in Prarie Du Shien and I didn't like them at all. First they run small and short compared to the regular guidewear, also the ends of the sleeves have partial gloves built into the, and they would get old real fast if I was wearing them. They are somewhat lighter and seem to move a little better at the shoulders, but I decided to buy the regular unlined guidewear, as they have the good reputation, and sure felt tough, and not real heavy. They seem to do just what I expected so far, but the jury is still out.
