Looking for shock cord

I need to replace the shock cord that outlines the perimeter of my boat cover (about 50'). Its 3/8" black and I am having a tough time finding anything but white. Black or even red or some variation would look ok. I've tried my local West Marine and canvas shops with no luck. Any help out there?

I got some awhile back for my old cover, and I got it at the local lumber yard. "Local" being a town of about 600.
