I think the faster everyone that wants this to go away votes for Mille Lacs the faster these whiners will shut up and fish!

I think you go where they schedule it, when they schedule it and if you don't like it, you don't fish it! It's very simple. It either is something you want to do or it's NOT. If your not happy with the tournament schedule, write the Tournament Director a letter and tell him why you won't be participating. When they get enough complaints or lack of boats they'll know why people were mad and can change it for next year. They can't change dates or sites once the schedule has been announced without total chaos resulting. You're stuck with their decision for this year. You could always volunteer your time to help them plan a better schedule next year.

This is not a reply to any one individual, but rather my OPINION of what I have seen in several threads. If you take offense with the whiners comment it could be because it hits too close to home. Sorry.

I had to fish 5 tourneys to get to Mille Lacs, under the understanding it was going to be a top 200 team tourney. It is now a 244 team tourney.I agree the media had alot to do with the way things are panning out.I`m going to be there regardless of what they do. Belive me ,I live in Chicago and know how politics work. I`m waiting to see how this thing is going to work out with launching/weigh in.I just hope it dont turn into a cluster[beep].

It is a big deal because there are many who use aliases just to deflect on where the post came from. As always, anonymous posts have no credibility and Supertroller has been here for a long time. He is not afraid to use his standard registered handle on controversial issues.

My point to all of this, whether he puts his actual name on here ex. John Doe, or uses the name as Supertroller, does it matter except that he uses the same name for his posts? We all know him as Supertroller so that is what I would expect. Don't use "concerned" or some stupid anonymous handle if you want credibility.

i guess i am not that good with comp. i agree with concernd. no one has ansered any of his questions. not even you HAWGEYE. he will gladly tell you his name.what he does for work, who he is dating, everthing. all he wants is some ansewrs to his questions that no one will anser. i will even give out my name if you would like. also are you fishing the whole m.w.c. or only one tourney. i have alot to lose from sponsers for this letter.also i hope supertroller is fishing all 4 tournmemts. cause it will be to bad not to see you at all of the tournments. oh thats right we don't know who you are, or if you even fish tournmemts. but by how many times i see you on this page you must fish alot of them. yes i will give you my real name and everthing else, i just wish i couldjust fish without everone that is not involed with the tournments to leave us alone. and i am not talking about sponsers.

The Big Stone Area Chamber of Commerce is working with the DNR on setting up a permit and tournament the same weekend for one year. Kaz has assured us that MWC will be back next year on Big Stone. Look for a $300 dollar entry fee and up to 200 boats. $12,000 to win. I believe there will be a $10 dollar conservation fee. A meeting is going to be held to try and finalize the details and everyone who has fished it in the past ten years will recieve a flyer in the mail. I will post an update soon with more details.

if we all paid more attention to the content of these posts,ie.....thoughts,questions,opinions...maybe we would move forward to other subjects.
when the PAYING membeship of any organization is ridiculed ie....babies,whiners,beating a dead horse,shut up and fish......simply for asking questions concerning the events that we PAY to paticipate in, i find that sad.
if you cant live with not knowing who i am (cant imagine) post your name and phone # and ill be happy t call you.
i keep saying that WHO i am isnt important but maybe what i ask could be.
