I just saw on the local news that our pal Denny Green took a job doing an FLW show. Just thought some of you might be interested. Also, here is the Startribune's story on it.

What do you suppose his response will be when he faces his first arrogant pro who only performs well when on national TV? "Hey Green - I'll fish only when I want to fish."
this will really add to the 'human interest' of competitive fishing.
they will air 15 shows during the week along with the actual tournament shows. this is one more positive step toward the growth of
major league fishing. thank you mr. jacobs!

Just when I thought I didn't have to listen to his whining anymore...

heck, i've been tellin' that to mark dorn for 12 years! somebody has to do it...but then i ain't gettin' 75 million to fish either....

True..sad but true :-( But then they get 2nd fiddle to da Rams. I should be backing the Steelers being from Pa but they beat up on the Raiders too many years when I followed them!

What a great guy and what a super move for fishing. Awesome! Heck nobody could have made Ranky Mossback work anyway. Let someone else have a chance at it. Denny, you're welcome in my boat anytime!

As a long time Vikes fan, good RIDDENCE Mr Pathetic Denny Green! Anyone with his ability to manage the clock, doesn't even deserve to be coaching in High School. With the talent that he had over the years, it is a shame that he couldn't get this team to the big show. Mr NO SHOW GREEN when it came to playoffs. I know, I know, he did not play, the players are the ones who have to execute. Make me Puke!
I can just here it now, "The fish just were better today, we tried hard but just got beat." Ughhhh.
I'm right with Denny on the three F's...Faith, Family and now Fishing!
Denny can fish with me anytime!
