I recently got ripped off by an internet company and am trying to recover my loss. I was trying to purchase the new Garmin FHS East version in the cd-rom and they sent me the pre-programmend data card. The company will not answer any of my inquires to exchange or return. All I can do is try to sell it. It is unopened and has the Garmin seal on it. A complete description is available here:
