I am looking for the motor only from "any" trolling motor which still works and is quiet - with no bearing noise.
I don't want the mount, electronics, nor shaft.
I am working up a piece of equipment and would like to see how a trolling motor will work for this application.

I have a pinpoint motor that I have decided not to repair, i dont know how it would cost to fix it, but I know that motor itself is fine. it is sitting up at the motor clinic. We could work something out...

Did you find your trolling motor yet?
I have a MK Auto Pilot 24 volt 48 lb thrust that has very few hours on the motor. I lost the steering and wanted to use the boat so I ended up replacing the motor instead of repairing it.
Send me an email if you are interested. We can work something out to make it a very good deal for both. I have the box the new one came in, so it should not be too hard to ship.
