Here it is January, and I am getting the bug for some soft water fishing already, so I figure I will at least get the boat ready to float when it is time, so my questions are:
Looking to update my sonars, currently I have X-85's and are looking to improve to either the X-15's or the pinpoint units (7500 or 7800), I do not have much experience with pinpoint, so I am wondering about the graph speeds, pixels etc. of the pinpoint versus X-15. any input on the two graphs would be appreciated. And does the X15 use the same connectors as the X-85?
Also, does anyone know for sure if the new Minn Kota "universal sonar" will accept the pinpoint graph, or even the X-15 for that matter. Currently I have the AP65, but would like to update it also.
