Mercury 175 EFI

Didn't write down the part # of the fuel pump on the Mercury EFI's (175) Seem to be having the same promblem with low speeds. Thanks for the help.

I hope this is what your looking for. Fuel pump Diaphram upgrade kit Part Number 85700a1. Should be around $12.00. also the service advisory number is 99-5.

What kind of problems are you having? I have been having trouble with my 175 EFI and my dealer just put in a new diaphragm kit hoping it would solve the problem. Also put in a new primer bulb. Not sure yet if the problem is fixed, but curious as to what you are seeing. Every once in a awhile mine doesn't want to fire. Turns over fine, but seems like it is not getting fuel. Thanks.

Having problems when the motor is tilted up it won't stay idling. Wants to kill then it is tough to get it started again. Didn't seem to have any problems with the ball. Thanks for the help and information.
