Pursuit universal downrigger mount for sale

I have one Pursuit Universal Downrigger base for sale. It has a 3" rise. I bought it one year ago and used it for a weekend Salmon fishing trip. It is dificult to even tell that it has been used. I paid $89.99 for it new. I will sell it for $70.00 and pay the shipping. I can send a picture per request.

I am selling becuase I bought two brand new Walker Downriggers which, came with bases.
