Value of lodging on Rainy River MN. location

[Rainy River]

I'm wondering what renting a couple bedrooms on Rainy River would be worth for it's famous Spring Fishing. This is for my wifes benifit (knowledge).
Maybe I should just try to sell her?. It's a premiere private location by Sault Rapids.

call sportsmans lodge at baudette (wheelers point). this is the greatest place to make your wife happy with the stay...just a few bucks more than the rest but she must be worth it, right? might want to ask for al holte about the fishing etc. 1-800-862-8608
