I am looking for a good used Hive Five prop in 21 pitch, right hand rotation, Needs to be the type with the flo-torq hub and PVS holes, email me at crappiehooker@hotmail.com

I have a 20P High Five that has been worked by D.A.H. Its in excellent shape. They put some cup in it and polished it. Has PVS thru hub . I had it for my 125 2+2 merc small hub. I put a prop ring on it and tried it on my 225 opti and it performs very similar to the 21P High 5 that I am running. Bacically the same rpm and w.o.t. I have pics. if you are interested.

I am also interested in this topic.. I have a hi five 20p that I would like to utilize on my V6.. What exactly does the prop ring do and where did you get it ?
I am currently running a 19p offshore 4 blade but I would like to try the 5 ranger692vs@yahoo.com

The prop ring can be bought at any place that handles mercury parts. It goes on the outside of the hub to make it the same diameter as a large hub. That way the exhaust goes thru the hub instead of out the gap.

fishnbear is right on . I think I only paid about $10-$12 for the ring. In my case prop slip was huge on the V6 without it. I turned close to 5000rpms w/o getting up on plane! Once I put the ring on it performed great.

Thats funny!! I have a 23 High Five and a 25 High Five and they both are large hubs. Wiredog
