what is your choice of spincast reels i have a shakespear but the front is worn rough am thinking of a quantum re2xti are they any good i dont want to waste my money thanks bill

There will be a new model comming out later this year that will be much smaller, in the mean time there are some really great promotions on them now. In my humble opinion, I think that Abu Garcia makes the best spincast (closed faced) reels on the market. If you are talking about open faced reels try the Shakespeare Catera, Rear Drag.
