Hey, i am going to start making my own crawler harness. SHould i put 2 hooks on of three hooks. I was thinking about using two hooks and then putting a little stinger just at the end of the crawler. Please let me know a little bit about the best crawler harness's.

I use 2 hooks. Do a search in the general discussion forum, there have been plenty of good threads there the last few months that will answer your question and give you a lot of tips.

I prefer 2 hooks as the crawler has a more natural look or presentation. When the fish are hungry you won't need a stinger.

There are several different things to consider. I also tye my own, and I have single hooks for shiners or half crawlers, also single aberdeen hooks for leeches. Regular double hooks, which are used most often. Larger double hooks with a treble hook for the second hook, these are usually for the great lakes where the fish run bigger. and some three hook snells for when the fish are bitting short. Hope this helps...
