What line do you use for trolling boards , kind and test . thank you

It depends on where im going to fish, if im fishing bigger aggresive fish like those in the great lakes i use 10# xt triliene, it handles the bigger walleys better. I also use 10# fire line alot, when you need to get down faster its the best choice. Both lines are used in the prescision trolling book also known as the trollers hand book.

Excaliber's 12# Super Silver Thread. (Same diameter as the 10# Trilene used for testing dive curves the Precision Trolling Book)

I prefer to run mono lines when trolling, and the Silver Thread is "tuff stuff". ;-)
