I was fishing the other day with one of my friends bite has been slow and we tried running a spinner rig on a bottom bouncer. The trick was we pulled all the beads and spinners off and ran the worm and thats it. Boated 12 nice walleye and missed 9 others. Any body heard of this before?

It is a pretty common presentation. I typically will use a red or green hook with a glow soft bead on the eye of the hook. The fish on the Missouri River love it.

Yes I believe this has been done. I don't think you could try anything that has not already been tried . Next time use an insalin needle and inject some air in the worm . It will help to keep it up off the bottom. Just food for thought. Jim

Yes. Did that two weeks ago in 8-10 fow with both leeches and half night crawlers. Did manage to pick up a couple walleyes that night on that rig.
