Entries are really starting to add up. The Lake Sharpe tournament in Pierre on May 6th, 7th, 8th is at 109 and the Big Stone Lake tournament at Ortonville on Sept. 9th, 10th, 11th is at 61. I also have added Aqua-Vu, Drift Control, Ranger Boats, Beckman Nets, Bait Rigs, Schlumberger, Holiday Inn Express, and Mack’s Lure as new sponsors. These new sponsors will allow me to add some awards (big fish, heaviest basket, etc.) to each tournament. I will have all the awards posted next week on Western Walleye’s web site. Remember, all teams that fish the circuit this year will have first right to sign up for the three tournaments and Championship in 2005. I would like to say thanks to Scott for adding tournament board to this site.

Bill,

I think your new circut looks very well off to a good start. Pete Harsh and Myself were going to get in, but the time frames are on top of the PWT dates. If we don't qualify on the PWT, then we will be there this fall. We are definately going to take a hard look at your circut next yr. Thanks for bringing out a great team event, which can bring some old friends out to compete.

Thanks,
Gary Gray

Gary,
Thanks for the kind words. Pete has volunteered to be on my advisory committee for the scheduling of the 2005 tournaments. The committee will be looking at dates and locations for the 2005 tournaments and Championship. The goal is to grow the new circuit without hurting the already existing circuits in the Midwest and West. I will keep you posted on the progress.
