What a Joke they are paying extra money and the prize money is not much better then last year. First place is $64,000 includes a boat. The RCL is $50,000 plus a $35,000 boat. The payout is posted on PWT website.

Bunk, if ya don't like it, don't fish it. Pretty simple.
I fished as an amateur last year and the fact that I won something was icing on the cake. I went in for the experience and learning.

Hey Bunk,
I agree, if you do not like it, fish somewhere else. Noticed that you happened to leave out that PWT went to limited fields of 120 this year, and that they went to a 26 week TV series on the tourneys instead of 13, (you can find this all their web site also), and if you look at the tourney board, how about the PWT and BASS event they help line up for the outdoor games. Look at the whole picture bunk.

Took your advice and went to the PWT web site. The way I see it, they are paying out $1,751,000. That does not include special awards. I would assume this means Angler of the Year, etc. The percentage payback to the pros is 128%. I see no joke here bunk. Too me, that is a big chunk of money.
