The first two day weigh in's will be at the Spring Creek Marina, and the last two days will be at the WalMart in Pierre. Addresses for both locations are also listed at the above link.

The RCL doesn't implement boundries in their tournaments. They will however abide by any state law boundries, such as, closed areas by power plants etc...
