This is to congratulate Jeff Koester on a great finish at the RCL tournament on Devils lake....Great job making the final day cut and finishing 5th for the tournament...Also that pushed you into 2nd place in the angler of the year race..Just 1 point behind the leader...Keep up the good work and go get them on Lake Ohaoe....Will be looking forward to looking at the results....
