2005 Michigan Walleye Tour schedule

word is out on the street about the 2005 mwt schedule....

April---detroit
May---Houghton lake
June---Port Clinton, ohio
July---Soo Sainte Marie
Championship, August---Caseville; saginaw bay

any thoughts on the schedule? Caseville does not make much sense to me since the fish will be in the inner bay in august...that will force teams to make long runs to the fish. Should launch the tournament in bay city. As far as going to Port clinton...the last time I looked it was the Michigan Walleye Tour, not the ohio Tour.

They're just conserving fuel. It's a lot closer to Pelee from Port Clinton than Bowles Harbor. If you really look at it, 3 of those tournaments there will be as many canadian fish weighed as michigan fish. I like the looks of that schedule. We'll be back if thats where they are going to be.
