I have had the privilege and I truly mean privilege to get to know some of the top NPAA walleye pros over the last several years. Whether it was writing about them for various publications, photo shoots, radio work, writing for ESPN Outdoors, the RCL or for Walleye Central.

The gentlemen who represented the PWT and all of professional walleye fishing at the ESPN Great Outdoor Games this weekend were exceptional pros and just great people to know. It was just wonderful to interview them. They were completely giving to all of the fans in attendance. I will certainly push for more exposure for the walleye pros in the days, weeks, months and years to come at the highest level every chance I get. You guys are the best!!!

I have been in this business for quite a while now, at all levels, and it makes me proud to know these folks. Mike Gofron, Bill Ortiz, Dan Plautz, Ron Seelhoff, Gary Parsons and Perry Good were so professional and accommodating anyone who loves and follows tournament walleye fishing would be beaming at the performance these NPAA veterans gave.

Jim Kalkofen, PWT guru, was there to help organize the event, kudos to JK. Awesome Job!!! I look forward to helping you guys, and all of the walleye tournament world, promote and push the world of pro walleye fishing to the limits.

My hat is off to all of the walleye pros who competed. Job well done and I am darn proud to spend time rubbing shoulders with you fellas.

Dave do you know the actual times of the fishing event within the
ESPN schedule?

It appears to me some of the dates involve events dedicated to other sports and I would like to watch / tape the fishing portion only. I realize that the fishing competition is probably part of a 2 hour segment within other events, but eliminating the dates not involving the fishing event would be appreciated. If I misinterputed the scheduling and the fishing event is included in all the ESPN taped segments I would appreciate being corrected.

Thanks in advance, hopefully this information is available and Dave or someone can post it.:)

I don't know the TV schedule. To confirm what Jerry posted you can always check out the ESPN Outdoors website for a TV schedule of the Great Outdoor Games.
