Mapsource Canada CD for GPS's?

I have heard that I could purchase a Mapsource Canada CD for a GPS. But I have never seen one available anywhere. Does any one own or has anyone seen one of these for sale?

I purchased one last summer and was very disipointed in it,details of the lakes was poor,highway map was ok, very little detail, not much better than the base map that was all ready in it.
