They are fishing from boats in South Dakota! All the SD guys have been trying to keep this secret. I was driving through Yankton and see guys pulling boats. I think oh, there must be a boat show. Of course not. They are fishing below the Gavins point dam. So bad I wanted to beg along. Made me want to scream.
