2005 Cabela’s National Team Championship to be settled in Dubuque, Iowa
SIDNEY, Neb. – The stage is set for the premier walleye tournament in the world: the 2005 Cabela’s National Team Championship.
A full field of 250 boats will take to the waters of the Mississippi River, pools 11, 12 and 13, near Dubuque, Iowa, for the two-day event scheduled for May 27-28.
This tournament will run in conjunction with the Grand River Excursion on the Mississippi River. These combined events will offer family-oriented activities geared toward all visitors of the tournament.
Combining these two events will increase the overall spectator attendance at weigh-ins and awards ceremonies for the anglers, in addition to offering interactive and display opportunities throughout each day for all spectators.
